SELECTED PRACTICE · INFORMATION & COORDINATION

I put information within reach.

A team can have plenty of information and still struggle to find an answer. My systems work includes the dashboards and workflows that help connect the two.

Start with the work people need to do

I build analytics dashboards and AI-integrated workflows as part of my practice with theological institutions, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. These systems help make recurring information work more coherent.

Luminosa’s public work includes leadership dashboards, a searchable resource library, and automations connecting an organization’s existing tools.

Dashboards that support a decision

A useful dashboard begins with a question someone needs to answer. The work is to bring relevant information into a readable view, so the team can understand it in context.

Knowledge that can be found again

A resource library gives information a durable home. Clear organization and useful navigation help the next reader find material without needing to know who originally put it there.

AI as part of a workflow

AI can play a role in retrieving, organizing, or drafting information. Designing that role also means considering the decisions surrounding it: where the information came from, what a result will be used for, and when a person needs to review it.
