Learning close to the work

My work on a seven-module hybrid residency for eleven working and bivocational ministers brings together curriculum editing, group learning, individual mentoring, and online community work. The program connects theological reflection with the realities of ministry.

My responsibility

My responsibilities include shaping the learning experience, preparing and facilitating sessions, and supporting participants as they think through their work.

Curriculum editing is part of that contribution. I work with the learning material and the people using it, bringing shared conversation and individual attention into the experience.

Learning as participation

A hybrid residency has to make room for both shared study and the particular questions each person brings. That is the work I value here: helping people think together while attending to the different settings in which they serve.
